HANA

花 hana はな = fiore / flower
鼻 hana はな = naso / nose

In this 2 words, also if u use correct stressing, if you change area of Japan, maybe in that area the stressing is the EXACT opposite! SO when u listen, you must understand the context.
Nose and flower are used in entirely different situations.

If someone says, KIREI NA HANA DESU NE, don't they obviously mean "What pretty flowers" and not what a pretty nose? And if someone says HANA GA ITAI DESU, I think there is no way that it doesn't mean "My nose hurts".

Most likely when you hear someone say HANA GA ITAI DESU they will make a gester towards there nose. And when someone says something about flowers there will probably be flowers in plain view.

In queste 2 parole, anche se usi l’accento corretto, potresti avere problemi se cambi regione del Giappone, forse in quella zona l’accento è l'ESATTO opposto! Quindi quando ascolti, devi sempre capire il contesto.
Naso e fiore sono usati in situazioni completamente diverse.

Se qualcuno dice, KIREI NA HANA DESU NE, non significa per forza "Che bei fiori",forse.. che bel naso?
MA se qualcuno dice HANA GA ITAI DESU, penso che non ci sia dubbio che significhi "Mi fa male il naso".

Molto probabilmente quando senti qualcuno dire HANA GA ITAI DESU farà un gesto verso il naso lì.
E quando qualcuno dice qualcosa sui fiori, probabilmente ci saranno dei fiori in bella vista.
