E' un tipico condimento della cucina giapponese. Potete trovarlo in tutti negozi di alimentari e nei Konbini (コンビニエンスストア). E' un mix composto da pesci essiccati, semi di sesamo, alga marina tritata, zucchero e sale. Basta semplicemente metterlo sopra il riso in bianco (o anche su verdure e pesce).
